As a smaller firm, Realize is able to provide all of our clients with a personal service often forgotten in larger practices.

While the practice is set in the small seaside idyll of Stanwell Park, kilometres from the stress of the big smoke, Realize provide efficient services to clients as far flung as Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle and beyond, including rural and regional NSW, and even overseas to Malaysia.

The practice takes advantage of all IT possibilities offered by the internet and operates using Intel Core Duo iMacs and servers.

All projects are efficiently managed via the specialised architectural project management package ArchiOffice which tracks time and cost in addition to documents and performance.

We utilise the latest version of Archicad, a Building Information Modelling (BIM) system, utilising ‘Virtual Building’ thus enabling building visualisation, high quality documentation and Bill of Quantities production. Incorporating ‘Ecodesigner’, we are also able to efficiently perform energy analysis on our building models to ensure the best ‘Green’ outcome.

Subsequently, as the design develops we are able to show realistic 3D views, and even ‘walk you through’ your ESD virtual project.

Our clients benefit from the direct involvement of all members of staff as we encourage peer criticism at important intervals in projects and encourage vigourous discussion on design theory and application.
