BUILDING INFORMATION AND MODELLING

Through the rigours of applying ArchiCAD on projects we are able to produce much more than just a set of plans. The Building Information Modelling Capacity of the CAD program ensures project schedules for doors, windows and other fittings and fixtures are accurately produced and consistent with the design intent.

Furthermore, with the use of ‘Ecodesigner’ we perform ongoing energy analysis of our design and the building materials, to ensure the best ESD outcomes.

A full Bill of Quantities for the project is the eventual outcome of applying this Building Information Modelling package.
